Refund policy

At Nostalgia By Rahim, we take great care to ensure that all of our skincare products reach you in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, tested, or are not in their original packaging. This policy is in place because we cannot guarantee the safety, quality, or integrity of products once they have been handled, and therefore cannot resell them to another customer.

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue. Please email info@nostalgiabyrahim.co.uk. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as when received.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on opened skincare products.

  • We do not accept returns on products that have been used or partially used.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Please note: if orders are opened and unwrapped, we wouldn’t be able to accept a return.
