Return and Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or used.

If you change your mind, unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery,

We will, of course, accept returns and issue a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
